Murder Mystery in the Making!

I usually have a post during each week where I show a different place and discuss its merits as a setting for some story.  I realize, though, that I've never explained why I do it.  I mean, I like getting the pictures of interesting places on my blog, but that's really not the reason.

Author: Marji Laine

Marji is a recently "graduated" homeschooling mom whose twin girls have blessed her by sticking around the nest for a little longer. She spends her days directing the children’s music program at her church and working with the authors of Write Integrity Press to put out the best possible version of their books. Raised in suburban Dallas, she got her first taste of writing through the stories of brilliant authors of their day, Mignon Eberhart and Phyllis A. Whitney, and through stage experience. After directing and acting in productions for decades, Marji started writing her own scripts. From that early beginning, she delved into creating scintillating suspense with a side of Texas sassy. She invites readers to unravel their inspiration, seeking a deeper knowledge of the Lord’s Great Mystery that invites us all.

  1. Ooooo, Sharon, could be a great place for a Whodunit, or maybe even a mystery dinner theater! Oh, wait . . . no, that's a totally different career. Backtracking from that rabbit trail!

  2. I see your quick mind…putting it together! Great site (Rainforest) changing name to something else….hummmmm…..Darkforest Cafe! 🙂

  3. Thanks Lindsey, and they're so excited to be actually playing Vball this year instead of just watching big sissy play!

  4. The Rainforest Cafe would be a great setting for a mystery! And your twins are so cute, hamming it up for the camera. Love it!

  5. Thanks for the reply – I can tell we think alike! 🙂

  6. I love the Rain Forest Cafe! Your twins are cutie pies! Oh I could so see a murder taking place and the evidence pointing to the mechanical gorilla…but how? Thus begins the mystery. Fun post!
