I'm so pleased to be able to interview author, Dana Pratola today. I've met Dana through a group of authors and bloggers called Grace and Faith Author Connection. Her newest book, The Covering, is intriguing!

Marji – What inspired you to become a writer?

Dana – God put the desire to write in me from the start. I can't remember a time BEFORE wanting to write.

Marji – So the Father would have something to do with your ultimate goal for writing in general?
Dana – The goal is always to bring glory to God, not just by not wasting the gift He's given me, but by using it to lead others to Him.

Marji – How does The Covering satisfy that goal?
Dana – The Covering shows a man's quest for God in a real light. He's loaded with anger, bitterness and unforgiveness

Author: Marji Laine

Marji is a homeschooling mom with teenage twins left in the nest. She spends her days transporting to and from volleyball, teaching writing classes at a local coop, and directing the children’s music program at her church. Raised in suburban Dallas, she got her first taste of writing through the stories of brilliant authors of their day, Mignon Eberhart and Phyllis A. Whitney, and through stage experience. After directing and acting in productions for decades, Marji started writing her own scripts. From that early beginning, she delved into creating scintillating suspense with a side of Texas sassy. She invites readers to unravel their inspiration, seeking a deeper knowledge of the Lord’s Great Mystery that invites us all.
