Completely out of her element in a Florida swamp, Mercy is glad her uncle joined her on this trip. Though the owner of this company isn’t half-bad either.

Chapter 7: Ain’t Nothin’ Easy
Meeting Digger, a man with a passion for bringing cultures together in the Big Easy, was sweet, but his friend, “Gus,” was a downright hoot!
Chapter 8: Eat Your Heart Out, Uncle Thomas – Though originally sent to scope out a mortgage company, Mercy instead heard the dreams of a cute exec – about a fishing camp. What else.
Chapter 9: No Joy in Mudville
Mercy gets down and dirty, literally, during her trip to the northeast. But a handsome farmer inspires her.
Chapter 10: Shake It Up – She feels the earth move under her feet, but it’s not a good thing. Not at first, anyway.
