Passions Blessed

Last year, I got to be a director of America’s largest home school prom. The Texas Christian Homeschool Prom had over a thousand students last year, was held in one of the largest venues in downtown Dallas, and incorporated a lavish formal meal with games, popular music, and lots of dancing. I got to be a prom queen. What an amazing time, right?

It’s CHRISTMAS TIME!

I always have to get past my sweet hubby’s birthday on the first before I really feel it! But he deserves a day of his own that isn’t connected to the following holiday. (I’ve always done the same thing for my son who celebrates on October 26th.) Now I need to brag a bit before I move on, because this wonderful guy has changed so much (only on the outside, thank goodness, ’cause he’s always been awesome on the inside) in the past year. How God Woos

I wrote this article a couple of months ago, but because of the volatile situation involved, I decided to delay the posting of it. This week following Thanksgiving seems the perfect time to hint at how the Lord blesses His people and draws us to Him.
